With an honours degree in Business Information Technology and 17 years industry experience, there's not much Clare doesn't know about our high-end document systems. A seasoned sales professional, Clare prides herself on helping our high-volume mail clients to find the perfect mail automation products.
As well as looking after clients, Clare also heads up the document solutions team, helping our other account managers to identify the right folding, inserting or mail optimisation solutions for their own clients
Conor was raised in the print industry and started his career at a young age in the family print business.
Following Neopost's expansion in the print & finishing market, Conor was appointed Sales Manager for the graphics side of the business and he was responsible for selling equipment to commercial printers right across Northern Ireland.
Having completed an Executive MBA in 2014, Conor was promoted to Sales Director for the entire organisation. He now heads up the sales function, with responsibility for managing the field and telesales channels for the organisation.
Ken has 28 years experience working within the Office Equipment / IT Industry and his CV boasts a list of high-profile roles in well-known organisations.
Ken joined Neopost Ireland as Sales Director and spent a number of years managing our nationwide network of account managers and solutions experts.
After a successful stint looking after the sales function, Ken's wealth of experience and strategic capabilities were brought to bear in our increasingly important service department. Ken now oversees the efforts of an extensive team of service engineers and suppot staff, ensuring that our customers are kept happy and that Neopost's reputation for excellent customer service is maintained.
Duncan became part of the Neopost team in 2012. Having previously spent 5 years as Managing Director of PFE Limited, Duncan built that business into a market leader in the commercial print & finishing equipment industry. When Neopost acquired PFE, Duncan joined the management team as sales director.
With a wealth of sales management experience, Duncan helped lead our sales team over two years of phenomenal growth. Then, in 2014 when the position of managing director became available, Duncan was the logical choice. An approachable and dedicated leader, Duncan is guiding Neopost through an exciting period of transformation and expansion in Northern Ireland.
